The planing knife lies at an angle of 45° in the planing bed and is twisted by 25°.A "pulling cut" is thus achieved. The planer body is made of solid red beech,the glued-on plane sole of tough hornbeam. The plane mouth is adjustable.The plane iron in our pine planes is from the premium range of the Czech manufacturer. It has a hardness of 60 Rockwell.
