Properties & Advantages

Forged by hand for an improved material structure.
Only high-carbon steels are used for the blades.
Heat-treated in a salt bath for a hardness of approx. 61 Rockwell.
Hardened over the entire usable length of the blades.
Polished, score-free surfaces for smooth cutting and easy plunging.
Blades with side bevels to facilitate work close to the edge.
For a razor-sharp finish, the cutting edges should be honed before first use.
Blades should be wiped with an oil cloth after use to prevent corrosion.
The 2-K handles are flattened so that the tools cannot roll off the table.
The impact-resistant plastic handles guarantee long-lasting enjoyment of the chisels.
The handles with rubberised inserts lie comfortably in the hand.
Ideal for use on the assembly line, in the workshop and outdoors.
Cutting angle of 25° and therefore ideal for soft to medium-hard woods.
For hard woods, we recommend sanding a cutting edge angle of 28 - 30°.
